Impressive. In recent years I have focused on aerobic exercise for heart health. I do a lot of high and forearm planks for shoulder strength. When I was mixing in weights I felt my golf swing was tight and not free and easy. For the next 3 months that does not matter. I will add something.

I find the older I get, the more physical activity I need.

We forget how to move and things literally atrophy if we don't keep moving.
