Are you on drugs? North and South Dakota only have 6 votes between them. California has 55. The votes are based on the population of each state. archives.gov That is the problem with most Democrats. They are lazy when it comes to scholarship and their preconceived notions blind them to truth. Their ideas are "half baked" because they do not take into considerations all factors. North and South Dakota have more votes than California under that archaic system.
