Sorry Bubba, the SCOTUS ruled some time ago that with Nixon that "Executive Privilege" is not to be used as a tool to protect the president from being held accountable for his crimes.

Trump illegally ignoring congressional subpoenas

Andrew McCarthy made that same point today about the Democrat lawyer Goldman that twice REFUSED to tell Doug Collins how the names were associated with the leaked metadata. He asserted his rights and privilege but demanded that the president be impeached for doing the same thing.

McCarthy and Judge Starr were amazed at their double standards and arrogance.
