They may all be wrong or maybe some of them are right for the wrong reasons. But coincidentally, 7 of 11 of those ideas should have a positive impact on blood glucose levels.

Dr. David Perlmutter: He recommends a high fat diet and warns against carbs...
Dr. Michael Breus: claims that consistent lack of sleep greatly increases your risk of dementia...
Dr. Vincent Fortanasce: He has figured out what causes Alzheimer’s: mainly obesity, along with lifestyle factors (sedentary, stress, lack of sleep, diet with trans fats and high fructose corn syrup, and lack of exercise)
Dr. Pamela Smith: says a ketogenic diet can help reverse Alzheimer’s
Dr. Fred Pescatore: He says sugar is an “anti-nutrient” that depletes nutrients.
Dr. David Katz: says we can slash the risk of Alzheimer’s by 80% through diet and lifestyle changes.
Dr. Dale Bredesen: one case was treated with fasting, a limited, mostly vegetarian diet, probiotics, coconut oil, strenuous exercise (swimming, cycling, running), melatonin

*Note that lack of good sleep is linked to poorly regulated blood glucose levels

Sorry Lazarus, love to help you but just don't have the time to write here. Read Bredesen. A dozen areas of research are coming to the same answers

is 88, healthy physically and mentally

am guessing something to do w/ genetics as well as sunny disposition, and that she lives w/ 12-15 min walk from us on 'busy' neighbourhood street, gets to see the kids anytime, at least 3 times per week, and sunny apartment looks out to below whilst she writes whatever ...
