And I guess you are so brain dead you don't know what he was saying? All of you socialist weed heads need to go back to school and lay off the drugs. He was saying they are passing water saving legislation in areas where there is an overabundance of water. Which is true. He is saying that water saving toilets and faucets usually end up using more water because they will not flush properly or dispense enough water to do the task at hand so people end up using more water than they otherwise would have used to complete the job. Which is also true. But when you have the IQ of a retarded flea, it is hard to comprehend anything huh?
