Impeachment is far different. It's in the Constitution. When the courts don't prioritize impeachment suits they're obstructing the rule of law. A corrupt president can simply use up the clock.

The courts are destroying the Constitution by not doing quick rulings. I suppose they get so few cases that when they finally get one they want to hold onto it for years so they have something to do. Only the rich can afford our justice system and they settle out of court by paying off the person they hurt.

Look at the Flynn case. Pleads guilty two years ago this month and still not sentenced. The man gave nothing to Mueller but Mueller gave him a get out of jail free pass.
