Almost all engineers can figure out the meaning of regulations. Some are stupid period. But companies have to have an army of compliance employees and most are technology, and engineering imbeciles. And having no clue interpret with extreme cover my ass. regulations are created by technology, and engineering imbeciles in general and often are lobbied economic advantage for one party to limit competition. You cannot see what ending regulation at 7 to 1 means in improving efficiency. What Oh MY god disasters have been reported because of some regulation cancellations. What impact did the Winner have in that arena? I have known AGW is an obscene fraud and hoax for decades. The Winner called that from day 1. CO2 as a pollutant is an obscenity. A hero stands up for truth. The hero tells the stupid who they are clearly with no care for their feelings. The hero pokes a stick in eye of liars and cheaters and enrages them so they come out of the closet and show themselves. You see them posting hate over and over. My bet is the majority of Americana will now see what I have seen for so long.
