There's no requirement that a shareholder be enamored of the company. In fact, I would assume that in any company, there are a certain percentage of shareholders who are dissatisfied with the company's performance, but, for one reason or another, continue to hold.

I have not called the company, but I fully intend to Monday, to ascertain when the financials will be filed, and whether or not they intend to file 10Qs (which of course are not required to be audited, but I believe audited ones would go a long way toward alleviating concerns raised by the SEC about the truthfulness of past statements by the company).

The point is as a shareholder, I have the right to expect the company to take actions to protect the value of my shares. Filing financials is one such action.

SInce the SEC halt and the information that has come to light, there may be many who wish they didn't own it, however there hasn't be a way to sell it for over a month now, ICYHN
