Lifetime appointments are a problem. Supreme Court appointments, and all judicial appointments should be changed to term limits instead of lifetime positions for some very glaring reasons. We have a crazy person in donald trump who might end up getting to appoint three SC Justices. This will be an issue for decades because of lifetime appointments. Thanks to crazy person trump we now have Brett Kavanaugh. He lied under oath and is still on the court, for the rest of his life. He is responsible for one of the most embarrassing, over the top displays of a spoiled little brat during his appointment process. Obama got robbed of being able to make an appointment and now we have Garland for the rest of his life. I'm sure there are other good arguments against lifetime positions. We need to get this changed.
