Anyway, great medical potential, lousy finances in a tight biotech capital market, and a lop-sided affiliate relationship that makes everyone leery of NNVC's actual economic value. Yes, that lop-sided affiliate relationship is the real buzzkill in my opinion. It is the primary reason for the difficulty in raising funds. It is not only a bad deal for investors, but is a reminder of the moral bankruptcy of management. Given the recent licensing deal, there are no indications that current management (or the board) sees the problem this way, or that it might change in the future. The common stock in the company is toxic waste at this point.
