Some highlights:

*Revenues in Asia down 28%; however Europe and the Americas were up. Americas 46% vs 42.5%;
Europe 39% vs. 34.2%; Asia 16.5% vs. 23.3%
*Gross margins increased from 28% to 32%
*Upside revenue potential next quarter 5% or maybe more...
*They are comfortable with inventory levels.
*Sim says things may have even gotten worse in Asia nobody really knows...
*Currency issues are not really benefitting nor hurting company...
*Acquisitions helping in OEM market and notebook market
*Still optimistic about DVD, but lack of software titles at present should create even more opportunity in
future.
*Hopeful that singapore laws will change to enable them to buyback shares.
*going forward they will be conservative with respect to future acquisitions.
*Next quarter is usually a slow one and any upside potential is gone due to Asia which usually picks up the
slack.
*company believes they are in the best shape ever with respect to its products going forward...
