Low volume at this point I think is good. The float on this stock is around 26M.

I think the current selling is coming from investors who bought late in anticipation of a quick run up to make a quick profit.

We seem to have overhead resistance at the 3/4 level. After the last round of sellers are gone, hopefully within the next week or so, the stock price will start to pickup momentum. If IR can annouce some news around signing new CDSI contracts or positive news around Fry Guy, we could kill two birds with one stone.

Comparing 1st quarter results with the 2nd, I see we only had around $7000 more in sales for the 2nd quarter. Alanco reported net revenues of $151,000 plus for the 1st quarter. For the 2nd quarter they reported revenues of $202,000 plus. So it appears that management is still doing some cost cutting, which I think is very positive. I talked with IR about two weeks ago and he told me that revenues from CDSI wouldn't be counted until the 3rd quarter. So it appears that sales for the 2nd quarter came mostly from Fry Guy revenues, another plus given the current numbers.

I think a .02 to .04 profit for the next quarter is a safe bet. I'm not sure how much the currency rate is going to affect the bottom line though.

Let's just sit back and watch this baby rise.

My sources tell me a reverse will not happen because some big players will bid the price up to get it above 1. The question is when? I have been waiting for this to happen for over a month now. I realize that why would the big players be in a hurry. They have over a month left so why not buy up all they can get at 5/8 to 23/32. I am also trying to figure how high they will bid it up above 1 to make sure it stays there while at the same time taking some profits. Just figure. It takes a lot more than us to drive this thing up with 26 million shares in the float.
