Dear Ed: Do not pass go do not collec $200. Go directly to jail. Cube's in jail for the arrogance of management about the competition with ESST and the ultimate effect ESST competition would have on Cube's sales and earnings. You must remember that the people who really move the stock brokerage firms through their selling to customers and funds who buy for thier accounts feel that they got a bad deal from Cube. Look at the thistory - Kubota unloading and insiders dumping while management was stating that there was no serious competition and no problem. Cube deserves to be in securities jail. Hagedorn is now sharing too much informnation and too early with the people who can really make the share price move. Your frustration with the poor price performance after 2 quarters of good earnings increase is shared by many. The real question is what is it going to take to get Cube out of jail. IMHO it has to get over 100 Mil in sales per Qtr for 4 consequtive quarters and the sales and profits have to be on an increasing basis. The earnings have to pass .45 per quarter per share. This may take 2 to 3 years and cause many hairs to turn gray. But if my opinion is right, once this gets going it has the chance of going to $100 per share in about 5 years from today. I also believe that if, as, and when it starts moving it will start moving for no apparent reason. So guys like you and me will loose a good chance to get some more at a low price with good timing.
