Bruce, a "fusion plant"?, that is nothing, I just sold for $1 "and other consideration" (the typical legalese lingo) my rights in my Future "Cold Fusion Plant" (?). The translation of the last sentence is, I went down town in rags and a black patch over one of my eyes, with an aluminum plate in my hand, and someone dropped four quarters in the plate".

I thought some levity will revive this thread a little.

Yup, that's about the size of it. And if it did say anything at all it is a repeat of events most investors thought had already happened, which doesn't help to mitigate concern. Then again, the lawyers probably have advised as much and hence the reluctance to say too much.
