(1) MU is at .25u
(2) MU is over 70% SDRAM
(3) MU is giving OEM's 64Meg for testing before ramping up production.
(4) MU is trying for .20u or .18u without the very expensive
doubling of cost methods.
(5) No I will not state my sources.
(6) You can just take it or leave it !

I can assure you that the Koreans are using <30um, state of the art equipment already bought & running. they are not going to build any
64M on anything greater than >30um.
