Dennis, According to my Real Time Quotes, those were "Form T Sales." I am not sure exactly what that might be. The only thing I can find on "Form T" relates to Trusts.

Anyone else know exactly what they might be?

Thanks in advance,
Brad

Dennis, I think I read somewhere that dealers may make special arrangements to fill large block orders (buys) without driving the price up for the buyer. And sometimes the price is even knocked down or discounted for the "deal". Imagine trying to buy 300,000 shares without driving the price up and paying more that the stock is currently trading for. I have seen this before and it is usually a very good sign. I am not positive about this. Maybe some one else can comment as well.
