Wtett: Please understand, the thesis of our proposal was choice. We were offering choice. If you and other shareholders wanted to stay, after having a chance to leave with a price north of $10, great, then I guess bill's plan would have been validated. The stock will settle back in for the next year at 6-7 and now due to the ixc deal, there is no reason to see upward pressure. I respect your views, and I hope you beleive us that we were attempting to offer choice to what we viewed as a neglected issue versus the peer group valuations and the 30% rise in the NASDAQ
