His major failures were, of course, his inability to control his pecker, and failure to prevent 9/11, which he probably would have done had he recognized we were in a war against Radical Islam and bin Laden was the FIVE STAR General. Instead, he thought bin Laden was a criminal. But as history tends to do, it has made Clinton much more acceptable to me than he was at the time. To his credit he allowed himself to work with Gingrich which did bring about budget reforms that mattered. So, he looks better than he did then. I certainly wouldn't want him back.
