The job of SCOTUS is to ensure Congress has everything it needs to prove the criminal in the WH is a criminal. Instead, the protect Trump by not hearing any of the cases until six months after the trial. Lots and lots of conflation here but I think I've made most of my points in my previous post. But just to add here. It's neither the job of the SC to convict Trump before cases are heard in reasonable settings (innocent until proven guilty) nor is it the job of the senate to determine he is innocent before the "trial" begins (McConnell saying so)
