Fed Funds couldn't fall anymore under Obama. They were already at the bottom (.25%) the Fed had indicated that they would never go to absolute Zero.. Obama got the benefit of Zero interest rates and a weaker dollar. The Fed raised rates 7 times in the first two years of the Trump Presidency. It caused dollar strength that was exacerbated by the fact that other industrialized nations were lowering rates to under ZERO. I am not going to argue with you any more. You are a snake and a nitwit who like all leftists, has no concept of economics..
