I think Conservative folks and Patriotic Americans need to take a careful note as to the NARROW SCOPE that an Inspector General (IG) actually has. Horowitz's role and remit is such that HE'S NOT INVESTIGATING THE FBI. Horowitz is looking into WHETHER OR NOT THE FBI COMPLIED WITH THEIR PROCEDURES. In the following Video, Alexander Mercouris, a lawyer by profession, lays out VERY CLEARLY AND CONCISELY, what Horowitz's role was and therefore what he put in his Report and what he concluded from the information that he uncovered ....... Alexander Mercouris has also come to the conclusion, which I believe is the correct one, that Horowitz and Barr and Durham have had discussions about this report and have agreed that Horowitz's report lays out the foundation for what Barr and Durham have themselves uncovered and on which they can superimpose their own, wider investigation .... I'll be putting the balance of the above video into another post as it contains much of what Alexander Mercouris has to say about the total content of the Horowitz Report.
