It sure looks like AGTI is trying to take a hard stand against some of the Reg S games which have been played. The details look very complicated, but AGTI feels they are on firm legal ground. If the stock has truly been manipulated in a way which harms both the company and us shareholders, then they ARE on firm ground, IMHO.

You did better than me. I think I paid $.051 for my last buy and now wish I had loaded up. But hindsight.....

If this looks to become a sustained rally, then I'll probably buy on the dips. Jerome is right in his comment about not selling. There's so much stuff in the AGTI pipeline, we may all make good money yet if we're willing to wait it out. If nothing else, most of us on this thread have shown perseverance!! I know that some folks have much higher average prices than mine, and it would be terrific to see them rewarded for their patience.
