Linda this lawsuit sounds like Asensio/Wexler's last stand. Sue on
what basis, a co. that is selling for $17 a share without submitting
an NDA and waiting for patent approval. I am certain the legal
eagles on this thread will respond to this one.

I knew you had a sense of humor. Nice to see you back in this forum.

To restate the obvious, my intentions were never malicious. My intentions were to provide insight into the background (and possibly motives) of Dr. Keith.

Besides, I never did post his office's street address.
