Dear Jeff: Thank you very much for the initial report of the meeting with AON representative. After the talk, how did YOU feel about TPRO. JDN

Jeff--What a great report. Thank you. Here's what I get from it. Let me know if you're of the same thinking. Topro is for real and signing a few deals, not as many as hoped for with the Aon alliance. Even though the people on the floor know there is a problem, management is balking at the cost to get it fixed. One thing you mentioned that caught my attention. You gave an example of a hotel that had embedded chip problems--do you have any clue who did the assesment if it wasn't Topro? The bottom line seems to be, that once management realizes that they don't have many options the floodgates will be open for Topro. What encouraged me was the statement by Philip Lian that "Topro is positioned quite well to take advantage of any opportunities that may arise." The market is out there, Topro has a valid product and has their work cut out for them in convincing top management to spend the money necessary to fix the problem. I'm looking forward to your further analysis. Jan
