1=total revenue from acquisitions minimal this quarter cause it happened late in Q was less than 10 million,but will be about 10% of total revenue for next Q. 2=Ensoniqe will enable Creaf to move into the notebook market which up untill now had zero market share. 3=Actively talking to Compaq , now able to offer much with the acquisition of Ensoniqe ,good fit for Compaq platform. 4=do not want to get into details about the patents now but very important to Creaf. 5=Vodoo 2 will ship this Q and will have significant market share this year. 6=Next Q very bullish , demand very strong in Americas and Europe with upside potential of 5% or more. 7= Margins to stay in low 30s and expenses in 16s as expected. 8=Production in days sales 32 better than before. 9=Going forward demand very strong and extremely positive. 10= High volume OEM with Ensoniqe 11=Asked about new design wins with OEMs if it could be announced(by Merril lynch) Answered: anticipate announcements soon,it will be announced by the OEMs when they begin shipping products. Many questions about the Graphic card and a lot of interest in that talks about sales in six figure. Merryl Lynch very very very positive. Got to go ......
