Shortage of skilled workers. I know it's a brilliantly genius idea I have but they should try offering more money. If they can't get workers at 10 euro per hour, try 40 euro per hour. Or 100 euro per hour. Or 1000 euro per hour.

If their business can't sustain such prices they need to close their business and get a job with a better business.

Many companies in Germany are looking urgently for skilled workers — even at a time when the economy is weakening,” said Eric Schweitzer, the chamber’s president.

Come to think of It there is a shortage of skilled labour. I am short of about a dozen employees.

I need a chef, driver, health expert, finance manager, maintenance people, etc. They want too much money though so I have to do it myself.
