Rick, I discussed the total authorized with Ira Monas (Pres) on one occasion and the 100M was the amount we talked about as being the total authorized. That was the amount I marked in my notes.

BTW, It was also the number originally used in a thread header post by "franco" back on Sept 25, 1997.

However, I have not found it listed anywhere in the printed material from FAMH. It wouldn't hurt to add that to a fax question list for verification.
