In this type of scenario one can either buy on a form of "Rumour", such as "Stores already converted are doing much better", or one can buy on "Fact", such as "The company's financial statements for the last 2 or 3 Quarters show that they are now showing increasing Bottom Line profits as compared to their previous, ongoing Bottom Line losses."

I'm more inclined to buy on "Fact", even if I sacrifice the 10% to 15% price increase that may initially occur when "Rumour" extends into "Fact". At least I then know what I'm ACTUALLY getting ....
