Inode, here's another whopper from Captain Pelosi Planet: Pelosi weighs delaying delivery of articles of impeachment to Senate until Republicans set trial rules she considers fair If I were McConnell, I'd call her bluff. If she won't deliver articles of impeachment, then she would have to withdraw them. Either way, she doesn't get to set the rules of the trial in the Senate. But I guess the "living, breathing document" every Democrat carries in their pocket doesn't mention that. Tenchusatsu
