<<I just don't see much potential for an upside>> c'mon roger.. the ctxs management is connected thru msft..personal friendship.. and the fact that it will continue to be infinitely cheaper for them to outsource thru ctxs OR BUY them than to try and replicate.. you replicate or steal when you have no money.. the smoke and mirrors @ msft will gradually stop.. as they have the capital to PAY for the goods.. gates ascent shows what kind of businessman he is.. he is not going the wrong way with ctxs.. taxi~ i believe the fundamentals will catch up to the stock price.. that's why i don't see it as a safe short.
