The Form 4 sales for the WDRY December secondary were reported this weekend. Sixteen insiders sold 2,045,628 shares for $38,807,010. What strikes me as excessively negative about this company is the way it is used as a cash-cow for the owners of the private companies absorbed and for the corporate insiders (it will be interesting to see if they are selling into the recent rally -- at $10 over their secondary sales, I would expect so). Other successful companies growing through Huizinga-style purchases (two that are playing well right now are DHI [housing] & RWAY [rent-to-own]) use equity, not debt & cash. WDRY's approach clearly seems to be building the house with cards.
