All due respect but that's why I included the 3 links in the post, the first of which was in response to this question from you: Q: I have a question for accounting folks: Based on the royalty clause (article 3.3) in the above "agreement", what drug development or licensing expenses does Nano get to exclude from "net sales" for royalty calculation purposes? I gave an answer.....several answers. I'm not looking to be credited for the help that was provided, just hoping to clear up the perception that was intimated by your post which suggested that I needed to have the term explained TO ME. ("Read any document describing the deal. It will clearly state Net Revenues, nothing else deducted.") My body of knowledge is small. When it is shared and then repeated back to me as if that never happened I get cranky, hence the name. No need to respond.
