I am still sticking with the Ides of March/98 as being a very pivitol time for PFG. I think the new resource calculations and all other evaluation data should be completed by 2.28.98 and it will be fish or cut bait time for ABX. With PFG in a win-win situation, look for a substantial increase in share values.

Ric:

In your post #8454, you mention about hearing from a NB source in TO.
I'm not sure what you mean by a NB source. You also talk about the $6.37
share, and I have to agree with you on that one 100%. I think that they will
be very anxious to see some share price appreciation from that point, in
the not to distant future. Are you able to elaborate on the spark we
may see, that you have refered to? As always, your thoughts and opinions
are greatly respected and appreciated Ric. If you prefer not to elaborate
any more than what you have, I will surely understand why. Thanks in
advance.

Good Luck
Don
