Get real. The world has been at war since the beginning of time. And your Tulsi would be no different. The reason behind the wars is economic, greed; Nations want more and more. As Machievelli said, " Might makes right." In principle, I don't agree with that. But in practice, the way the world works, it is Absolute Truth.
Again, we are not living in Heaven. War, as Hobbes noted, is an essential feature of society.
