Impeachment are only the charges. Trump is charged with crimes that we all agree he committed. Legal subpoena must be answered and he refused. You and other republicans can't defend his lawlessness so you run to fox for another conspiracy theory.

Trump is a criminal. He broke the law and he continues to break the law as we speak. You can't argue he's not breaking the law. No one can.

The Constitution gives sole power of impeachment to the House and says nothing about the Senate. :

" The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment."
