Good point David....

If a small company invented a fuel injection system that could deliver 100 miles per gallon, but had a poor balance sheet, that wouldn't stop the big auto makers from tripping over themselves to try and acquire that company...

Osicom is doing over 100 million in Revenues... So, they proved they could market a product and grow the Revenues... With Gigamux and Net Arm, Osicom can either succeed on their own, or become part of a bigger company with deep pockets... Either way, the shareholders win...

It is trading at a PE of 100 because there are no earnings and no float. How many shares are outside of management control?
