I hadn't read the other posts before I wrote my reply to Mahesh. I would change nothing I put down, but I don't like this class action suit. The way to recover our losses is to get some capable managers and get back to business. The SEC will be getting at the guilty parties like I stated in my post. If we carve up the company to get 4 cents out, we ensure ourselves of a bankruptcy. I will resist this class action suit. I'm sure you all think that I don't have anything much to lose, but my little 100 shares means a lot in a psychological way. The way to succeed is to ignore errors committed and be objective about prospects. I'm always entertained when greed expects protection from risk. The suing parties aren't true shareholders and therefore this law firm has no case.
