I always vote, but most of the time I have to hold my nose and struggle to keep my lunch down, while trying to pick the candidates that will do the least harm.

Another thought: If Clinton fails to serve out his 2nd term, does that mean that he can run again in the next Presidential election? If true, he could get into office again. The Republicans could probably run some tea-leaf reading, witch-doctor fundamentalist type.
