Repeating Prince Rupert

Hi Richard,

Your old news clipping makes me question what the value of mentioning Prince Rupert in the conference was all about. Prince Rupert isn't much more than an Eskimo village. Is WSTL that hard up for news or is it masking more significant news? Evidently Rupert is so far out it's beyond BC Tels sphere of influence. It appears the rest of B.C., the wealthy part, is nearer to deployment (see reply #9044) and would be a big catch for WSTL. The Vancouver-Victoria area is technically savvy!!
