<<I am surprised you are out>> I am just afraid of the Asian ghost and Q earning reports. Every time they give out a warning it costs me a vacation house (hehehe). My boys were not really exciting about it, last Q they were a bit worried, any how at the end TQNT earning is safe they meet the number but I don't know if it meets a low one or the higher end one. Of course now I will wait for a good entry point close to next Q. If this jet take off without me, I just have to cry or trade my INTC jet for it.

Hi Robert, Triquint / Raytheon have filed 13 D covering their deal. In addition to $19.5 million in cash, Raytheon gets 9% of the equity . Triquint has an option to buy back these new shares for $19.5 million. The sale was a condition of Raytheon's prior purchase of some TI assets. Lots of reading.
