It seems now that even though the vote went through, USi may still be interested..

James:

I left DIGEX at the end of the year 1997, and with investor urging formed USi. It was not until a week off on vacation after christmas reviewing valuations and transactions did we realize the undervalued asset called psix.

We further reviewed the details of the IXC transaction and the table in the proxy that indicates the change of control possibility if shrader is unable to get the price up at the end of the IXC contract.

We found this absolutely incrediable and quickly mounted a campaign, but the company, psix, did not even contact us to review our proposal or find out if there was any flexiblity in our valuation.

When the stock settles back in the 5-6 range for the year (and it will), maybe our idea will be looded at favorably, in retrospect.
