jay, we just watched a behind the scenes documentary on the making of the nutcracker suite .... it was beautiful and revealing and illustrated just how much work and dedication it takes to put on a production of that scale. it showed the sweat and the tears and pride of a good job done by all the participants - from the youngest of dancers to the director to the parents behind the scenes and just off stage directing the youngsters. anyway, it reminded me of the coconut and you and your family. thank you for this thread. it often times is a refuge. - rose
