SI has the earnings report listed as Feb ll. While this is a little later than others, it is not so very far out of the ordinary. Under the circumstances, if I were Mr. F I would want to make sure everything was in order.

I agree with Dave. Informix should have announced by now. Given the work required for the restatement, they should have a handle on every order, every invoice, every journal entry -- everything! Their CFO has been on board since October, so that's not an excuse. Announcing financials in a timely manner is a small sign that a company has a handle on its business. As a stockholder, I'm very disappointed that management hasn't even given us a date -- there hasn't been a press release and it isn't on their web site.

We can all join hands and hope that Informix is close to break-even, but I haven't seen strong evidence to support that expectation. I do not think that we will see great news in the coming weeks.

I hope that all of you bright-eyed optimists jab me with lots of I-told-you-so's in a few weeks. We'll see.
