regarding: Goodwill does not appear on a company's financial statements unless another business is purchased at a price greater than book value. i believe this is what i stated (post 630). i am not naysaying this company at all and have been following this for months, as you may know, i do not believe my assessment is incorrect as others here have already agreed. my posts state my opinion here. like it or not. people on here think the stock is just expected to fly based on a 6 dollar book. i stated i think that is high. regarding : Since intangible assets are often difficult to value accurately, such assets when included on a corporate balance sheet may have a true value significantly different from the dollar amounts indicated there. this would more or less support my feelings, ,i also believe i indicated this for the most part as well,.so i don't know why you seem to be directing this at me , i get the impression you are upset with my post, my references are GAAP, ok. i have no motives , even at my assessment of the numbers the stock is still cheaper than the book value, so its a buy ok.
