Hal,

Yes it is a tough choice. If you have enough stock you can lock in profit with some of it and go for more profit with the rest. Just a thought.

I'm sitting on the sidelines for now. I'm adding additional shares to my long VVUS position while the prices are still cheap! There must be four to six more points left in the short interest alone. Those fund managers will keep squeezing the shorts to make sure they average down while they can. There is an upcoming bio-technology show in early Feb. that will most likely fuel the fire as VVUS media blitz starts.
