If tax cuts resulted in balanced budgets Reagan would have done it. Bush would have done it. Trump would have done it. But all of them failed. This proves republicans are losers. The only man who balanced the budget was President Clinton. He raised taxes. He remains one of the real men in the modern presidency. He lied about a bj from someone who was not his wife (as if someone wouldn't) while your party lied about everything else.
