OH, like in real life, there are both dangerous and benign virus. Email warnings that get replicated and distributed, while not hurting a computer, have characteristics of benign virus. They multiply, get distributed and increase in number. They do have a negative effect to computing by eating bandwidth, taking up storage, and distressing users. I have seen that Join the Crew Email warning more than a dozen times and have found the it in my inbasket at least 5 times. While not as dangerous as the virus we concern ourselves about, it is a pain in the ass. <VBG>
