I see you didn't study logic. The number of people who believe something doesn't make it true. Most Americans believed Bush when he lied about WMDs. Did it make it true? No, he lied. After his lies were exposed he stayed in his war.

Btw, the fallacy you're using is called argumentum ad populum.
