It's definitely time to go see a ....If we went out and shorted something, guess what? They would suddenly discover the market was oversold and the bulls would be back for another rally. There are times that are so ambiguous, so murky, that you just have to stay away. I don't believe that this company is viable as a buyout. An interested party would let the situation degenerate until they could get it at auction, which seems the intent of the suing shareholders, so it does look like a scoop job.
