An interesting projection. But perhaps a bit behind the curve. The world already has Central Regulating Governing entity for the most part. China in the East , Russia in Central east Europe and the US in the West already control world finances, and military might. They between them like it or not dictate the terms of what other countries get investment, who's resources get developed, the markets in which they are sold. And thereby the standards of living enjoyed or not enjoyed. These three countries are at the top of their game. I would suggest there is far more communication between them than is released for public knowledge. To admit they were working in common in premium areas would be very damaging to patriotism of the people which supports the leaders intentions. The world presently is like smoke under an inverted funnel calming bees there. With the big three reaping honey at the top of the spout. Patriotism or nationalism of the people is what provides the luxury the leaders enjoy. Who would forego their position for George Soros Not Putin, Not XI Ping nor Trump or any Democrat President. If he got it going to strong. One of the Big Three would in the guise of protecting their people from outside influence. Send him on a journey to accompany Soleimani. You notice they all share in resource extraction, Manufacturing , Technology development in Canada, South America, South East Asia , Mongolia Australia and anywhere else around the world without warring. Yet information pumped into the heads of gullible citizenry around the world suggests they are adversaries and hate each other. There is an old adage which says When anything happens with government which draws the peoples attention. Look deeper behind the scenes for what is really going on they don't want people to see.
